Description: The Tetrathlon consists of running, shooting, swimming on the 13th July at Haverhill Leisure Centre and a ridden cross country course on the 14th July at Horseheath XC Course. The Triathlon finals take place throughout 2024. Levels of competition are: Non Qualifying Classes (note jumping heights can be reduced for a penalty and are usually in a contained area). Beanies for Under 7's - beanbag throwing at target instead of shooting. 2 minutes swimming (aids permitted), 500m run, 40cm jumping course. Tadpoles for Under 9's - two handed shooting at static targets from 7m, 2 minutes swimming (aids permitted), 100m run, 60cm jumping course. Minimus for 8-11 year olds - competitors shoot static targets from 7m (with both hands), swim for 2 minutes and run 1000m, 70cm jumping course. Qualifying Classes Junior for those14 and under - competitors shoot turning targets from 7m swim for 3 minutes and run 1500m, jump 90cm. Intermediate Open for all members 25 and under. Jump 100cm. Intermediate Girl competitors shoot turning targets from 10m, swim for 3 minutes and run 1500m. Intermediate Boy competitors shoot turning targets from 10m, swim for 3 minutes and run 2000m. Open Open for all members 25 and under. Jump 100cm. Open Girl competitors shoot turning targets from 10m, swim for 3 minutes and run 1500m.
